Lucas' Paw Paw Ointment

It's good stuff...my bubs not here yet but I used to use it on residents when I worked in Aged Care

Sent from my GT-I9000T using BubHub

Bepanthen. Sudocreme and paw paw don't work here. Bepanthen antiseptic & sunshine on a bare bot cleared up a weeping nappy rash here in 24 hours last week.

for SEVERE nappy rash i swear by Colvital. It stinks like crap but i notice an increadible difference within a couple days of appling it after each nappy change.
It has fish oil in it and an antiseptic. It's zinc based so it stays on. My MCHN reccomended it, i got it at my local chemist near all the baby stuff.
MILD nappy rash i use Destin.
I use dermeze as a daily moisturiser at night to keep her bum nice and moisturised. I keep away from scented powders and creams.
Corn flour will also help 'dry out' severe nappy rash along with applying cream.

I would use paw paw cream or moo goo. A friends mum said she gave her kids a bath and put some lux soap flakes in it. I gave it a go and it really does work fast when dd had severe nappy rash.

Daktozin is great for fungal rashes but in between the "bad" teething rashes I use Sudocreme. I tried Solve once as it has the same ingredients as Daktozin but bub screamed when I applied it. It seemed to sting him.

I used to swear by Sudocream, which I still use for mild rashes or red marks, but use desitin if it gets bad.
