Another weird thing the LO does.......
Ezaria has always had a dummy, they really settle her, but lately we've encountered a hiccup-

Puppy Dogs or bust!!
She's become really, REALLY attached to a certain dummy, in fact it was the first one I ever gave her. I've tried giving her other ones as they say to replace them every 2 months and this one has now been on the go for 4months. (Happy 4 months Ezaria!!:smiliedance: )

Anyway, I can't get them anywhere - does anyone know where I can find them -
Not sure of the brand (duh), but they're white, came in a twin pack, and one's got a cartoon pic of a dog with a bone, the other one a dog sleeping. I got them from priceline but they've been no help.....:banghead:

cant help where to get them from but my dd is 2.5yrs and during the night she seems to know the colours of her dummies even in the dark so she has to have one of every colour:rolleyes:

They sound like Avent dummies to me - we use them too. DD still likes the 0-3 month ones. Most chemists should stock them. :yes:

I know the exact ones you are talking about and priceline do not sell them anymore cos I got a heap of them when they had them on clearance for $2.

Thanks guys. I'll have to shop around, haven't seen them at the local chemists. So they're Avent? That's nuts, I bought her some other Avent ones because they had the same shaped silicone teats (she HATES latex ones), but she won't take them?? I guess she prefers puppy dogs over pandas...?? :rolleyes:

Ooh no - I know EXACTLY the one you mean because we had the EXACT same crisis! Is the dog on a pale green background? If so, it's a Tommee Tippee and it was the first dummy WE bought OUR ds also. And he ALSO became unaccountably attached to it, and we went on a crazy search to find it - one night my DP bought every single style of dummy in every chemist that was open at 9pm. But they don't make them any more! I've looked absolutely everywhere, and on their website as well and they've vanished.

The only one that is similar is the Tommee Tippee cherry teat two packs that come in either pink and purple or blue and purple. (See link - they call it the 'super soft comforter'.) Our DS didn't take to it at first - he knew we were trying to trick him! - but it grew on him eventually.

Gah, Tommee Tippee - start making them again if you're reading this!
