just wondering how much people manage to socialise or if single go on dates, or have hobbies or if their entire life is around work, kids housework and what minimal things they do easily for their own health.

I don't get to socialise very often (we're separated and he shares 50% of the care) between work and my teenager I haven't made time until recently - when it's dads week to care for our daughter I try to go to after work drinks of a friday, but I'm working on joining a group of some sort to open up my social circles again.

Im a stay at home mum with just the one at the moment so I find it quite easy to have time for myself. I exercise, meet up with friends and shop with my kid included. I also do a lot of cooking and craft. We go out quite regularly as a family or childfree, restaurants or BBQs with friends etc. I also quite enjoy looking after the house (which might seem weird!) And we do a bit of gardening, walking, movie watching as a couple on the weekends. I guess its not the most exciting life but its certainly a good one.

We also go out on the motorbike and I do a lot of reading too.

Sorry, just realised this is in the teenager section so i'm probably not being relevant at all.
