2 yo with new sibling behavioral problems

Our just 2 yo DD has a new 1 month brother. She's started to have some behavioral problems. She only wants specific people to change nappies, feed her, put her down etc. else she has a complete tantrum/melt down. We've been having some success with telling her 'that's not the right way to behave' and putting her on the naughty spot. Some friends have advised as an alternative just ignoring her, so removing the opportunity
for her to get attention.

It seems counter intuitive to do both styles at the same time. What has been your experience
with either or combined methods?

I would be doing both, when it is things like nappy change and bed I would continue to ignore the behaviour, but any other time I would be giving a time out or taking away what every she was playing with. I have 10 month old and a 26 month old I have been lucky he has no choice most of the time as his dad has to go away for work regularly.
