Hi everyone, havn't been on here for aaaaggggeeesss! But I'm just after some advice on what to take on the plane for my 5 month old. He is formula fed and on solids. Does anyone know how much water I can take and powder etc. It's only a 2 hr flight but want to be prepared for if he whines etc.and also what are some tips for protecting his ears on take off and landing. Thanks in advance. :)

Not sure of limits etc for water but with take off and landing give your DS a bottle the sucking will help with his ears.

Not sure about the water, but drinking or sucking a dummy on take off and landing will help

A doc at work says their ears won't be bothered by the pressure at infant age... Good luck.

As I understand it you can take as much stuff as you need for a baby - normal rules don't apply. Perhaps double check with your airline. If they don't like you carrying it on then they should be able to provide you with water to drink/make formula with during the flight.
Dummy
Water
Formula
A couple of toys for distractions. Nothing too noisy though.
Well stocked nappy bag.
Good luck :)
