Compassionate Postings

Has anyone been approved for a compassionate posting? My DD is in a brace and the treatment may be ongoing for many months. I haven't found the army helpful. I want to be near my family.

My friend was given a compassionate posting. They were posted to Singleton at the time, due to be posted to pucka at the end of the year. My friend, her parnter & her mother were involved in a car accident & her mother passed away. My friend had serious injuries & needed ongoing treatment. Her family were in Singleton so they were allowed to stay on as a compasionate posting. Her Partner is a WO2, not sure if rank has anything to do with it, it shouldnt but it probably does.
