Just a quick question.....can you ovulate while your having a period???

im woudering because latly my AF have been longer than 7 days, my last cycle i bleed for almost 20 days......:eek:

my last af was 13 days long and i O'd on CD14....

so i guess anything is possible!

I dont know for sure but I would think it is very possible, you hear people falling preg whilst menstruating all the time!! The best way to find out would be to do OPK's during AF and see if you have an LH surge!

Hi girls in answer to question ... yes very much possible. Its commonly called "break-through-period" ive had them for months now where mid cycle one hormone sorry forget which isnt full strength or the body dectects the slightest amount of one hormone and automatically starts bleeding some blood or a full period type bleeding can occur.

Which really really sucks, i found though going onto the Pill for couple months helped put my back on treak
