When can you give bubs these? I haven't seen any recipes that includes them. My SIL does have an allergy to them so I'm wondering if it's something I should consider. My bubs is 6.5 months and has been on solids for a month.

I gave my 2 crushed tomatoes from about 6 months and they loved them. Wait perhaps until your bub has been on solids for a couple of months and is having a good variety of fruit and veges and then try it.

what's the best way to prepare tomatoes? do they need to be cooked? does the skin need to be taken off? any advice would be appreciated :)
