When are most sales?

Hi there

I'm just wondering if baby stores have after Xmas sales. Is it worth holding out til then to buy stroller, cot etc? (I'm not due til March).

Not after Christmas sales as such, but I know Babies Galore has 10-30% off everything sales every few months. Thats where I got most of my stuff from. I waited until the sale was on and lay-byed everything at once, then paid it off over the coming months.

We didn't pay full price for anything in our nursery set up. DJ's, Myers, Target, Babies Galore and Baby Co have very regular specials (and even saving 10% makes a huge amount of difference in the long run). Waiting for those days/weeks are well worth it

At the moment DJ's have 10% off nursery furniture, they carry the full range of Boori and some of there prams are 15% off, also some good savings on nursery manchester.

They don't normally have actual Xmas sales, but most do have 15% etc everything sales, about 4 times a year??. I think a lot of them do one after Xmas, when all the shops are on sale.
When we bought all of our stuff, one baby store had a 15% off sale, but it wasn't the shop we wanted to go to. So I went to Babies Galore and they matched the 15% off, and now everytime I go back there, they give me a discount. It's good to always try to use the same salesperson.:)

Isnt it usually around new year? Before they do a lot of stocktaking after the xmas rush?
