Bundaberg Meet Up.....

Hi everyone, I'm just wondering how many of you in Bundaberg would like to arrange a casual get together? From what I know there is quite a few of us Bundy Mum's on here and we all seem to have children around the same ages so I was thinking it'd be a good for them as well as us mums!!!:smiliedance:
Anyone who's interested please reply here and also put down any suggestions on places, days you're available and times and we can PM from there on in and decide on a meeting place.:yelclap:

What is it with the people in Bundaberg? I've noticed that the Gladstone mums successfully organised a get together and they all had a great time! Why aren't the Bundy mums as enthusiastic? We've been here a year and I would have to say it's the hardest place to meet people in, why? Maybe we should move to Gladstone Nizzma........maybe that's the place to meet new people! Pretty sad really, for Bundaberg I mean!!!!:banghead:

Yeah i totally agree. Bundy people are so damn rude!! I have given up. I am undecided if i will just live in a little hole or move... it is cheaper to stay in a little hole tho hey. But yeah i have no idea why i moved to this bloody town, the people here are just off. Not happy!!!

I wouldnt bother trying to get any meets orgainzed, i only know of one other woman who wants to meet up, but other then that why bloody bother!!

Nizzma you nailed it right on the head!!! You'd think for a small town like this people would be welcomming and friendly but it's almost like they're affraid of people or something! Maybe there's something in the water! But yeh, we're the same as you, it's a very hard place to live in so we're gonna look at moving too! We came from the Gold Coast and for such a huge place the people there are 100% nicer and at least they are actually open to meeting new people! Moving here has really opened my eyes up that's for sure.........we'll be more wary when we move next time that's for sure! I gotta wonder though how many people out there move here and find the same problems? The only ones happy here seem to be the locals, I mean the one's who've been here all their lives, the one's who move here see it for what it is and probably move as soon as they can because we've seen the "real" side of Bundaberg!

Well I'm in gladstone but originally from bundy & I met Nizzma the other day here at our meet :wave: Nizzma. i quite regularly visit Bundy to visit family so If you guys are having a meet on & I'm in town I would love to come along........if you'll have me of course :o

I moved here to give DS a better upbringing, thought it would be better with the whole country feel... but no luck.

I think i would rather have him in the big city or something. Not so he feels like an outcast... It just really annoys me. And bugger it i dont want to meet any freaky locals!!
