We are moving to bayside (Brisbane)

We ate planning to move to Brisbane bayside.
We really like Victoria point.
So I'm after feedback on this area and surrounding areas on the water.
Good things?
Bad things?
Bad areas?
Things to look?

Just moved from there to the whitsundays a week ago. It's a beautiful place and everyone is very friendly. Good service generally and the air seems cleaner then in Brisbane. Lovely place. I am sure you will be happy there. :)
