I need some help/inspiration please :D

I have chicken tenderloins, pork mince, lamb chops...and not much else in the freezer

At this stage it's looking like lamb and veges (got plenty of those at the vege shop today), but I really don't feel like lamb.

Any ideas?

I just asked DS (3yr old) and he suggested we cook the dog  and DH wont be home til later so he doesn't care what I cook as long as he can reheat it later.

Its probably a bit late now (!) and not sure what sort of vegies you buy but I would have used the tenderloins & vegies to do a stirfry - in fact thats what I'm off to cook for my dinner right now!

Yeah, I always keep some meat (usually chicken or pork for stirfrys) and some frozen vegies (I like the Chow Mein mix in the green packet - I think its McCain) in the freezer, along with some dried rice noodles in the pantry. That way if I want a really easy dinner or haven't had a chance to go out and buy anything else to cook I've got it all there:chef: . I make a sauce out of brown sugar, soy, sweet chilli and plum sauce and it is so yum:p .
