Hay fever

I'm just wondering what other hay fever sufferers have taken while pregnant? I really want to get through spring not taking anything but if I get desperate I have been told I can take polaramine. I am nearly 20 weeks pregnant.

I took polaramine but it didn't really help. I used Rhinocourt nasal spray which worked better. :)

Hey Bron I suffer quite badly from allergies and my allergy specialist advised to only take the old anti histamines (like phenergan etc) that have been around for ages as they know they do not cause any side effects. He admitted the new ones may not but asked if I wanted to take a chance? I will warn you the old school ones can make you a bit drowsy but phenergan works for me and only take sparingly.

My Dr advised me not to take any hay fever meds or nasal sprays :eek:
Which sucks cause im a sniffling addict now - funny seeing a waddling pregnant women grasping a box of kleenex lol
Ive been using eye drops though.. just Murine and ones like that
