Ok so DP has brought some Greek seasoned lamb chops over for Dinner tonight and I'm wondering what to cook with them...

I have all the usual staples, plenty of vegetables etc, so what would you cook to go with the Greek theme?

Bit short of funds this week to go buy stuff to make Greek salad or getting some tzatziki to accompany it, but do have plenty of garlic, sour cream, mint plant etc.

Inspire me girls :)

yum I'd just serve the lamb with tzatski to be honest. maybe a nice salad of tomato, cucumber, olives and feta on Side?

If I had the money to spare this is exactly what I would do but unfortunately can't afford to splurge this week :(

What sort of vegies do you have on hand? You could do crushed roasted potatoes tossed with lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, mint, oregano - or tossed with sour cream, garlic and mint.

Or grilled vegies (capsicum, eggplant, zucchini, red onions, garlic) drizzled with olive oil.

Mmm yum.

I have the usual, potatoes, sweet potato, carrots, onions, pumpkin, beans, corn. Also have lemon tree out the back for fresh lemons.

Just found a very similar recipe to what you described I may try.
