ok so ds is on formula full time now he hasnt had a feed off me for about 36 hrs and now im so full. how long does it normally take for your milk to ease up and start dissapearing (sp?) i want it to go as quick as it can.

Make sure you express a little off at regular intervals to ensure you don't become engorged. You're safer going for a slow process to dry up your milk than doing it overnight.:yes:

Use warm washers or cool cabbage leaves to relieve any pain or pressure as well.:thumbsup:

mine stopped hurting after 3 days, i still have milk though....only if i squeeze them....
