Ok at the moment im working Monday, Wednesday and Friday afternoons with one family where I pick up the kids from daycare and during the Wednesday and Friday I work for the whole day up until I have to pick them up but its for two different families.
The two families that I work full day friday and full day wednesday with BOTH have just called me and said they have been asked to work full days on tuesdays and thursdays :eek: and im having trouble deciding which one I choose :confused:
One family I get along really well with the mum and feel like shes more a friend than someone I work for and she has 4 kids so its quite draining.
The other family I absolutely adore her daughter whos 17 months and I have been looking after her since she was born. Ahhh its so hard to decide. Oh and another pro with this one the mum is happy for me to go to my personal training and put her daughter in the child minding.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated, oh and they pay me the same rate.
