I am looking for a nanny to work in frankston. I am mum to 3 kids ranging from 18 months to 8. Need care 5 days a fortnight from 4.30 until 7.30 pm. More a mother's helper role. Any help on where to find a nanny privately or through an agency, starting as early as next week. thanks.

I live very close to you and had great success advertising for a mothers help on GumTree. I had over 10 applicants and was very happy with 4 of them. I advertised for a student etc for $10 and hour or $15 if I wasn't home.
Good Luck

A free website to buy/trade/sell etc.
Not sure if I'm allowed to post the link.

You could also try your local 'buy sell swap' page on fb ...
Hi, I'm a professional nanny for two separate families and I found both jobs through-
wwww.findababysitter.com
Hundreds of nannies and families all over Melbourne looking for the right match- you place a free add of what you are looking for and nannies who are interested will respond. You can also just browse the profiles of nannies in your area.
Few tips-
Make sure anyone you hire has a police check and first aid training is a big plus.
Good luck : )

any other ideas where i can advertise online? I have decided an agency isn't for me, as it costs too much.
