you can register from the 15th october but be careful you only register for the australian hunt and not the diaper hunt. you can't do both.


To be eligible for prizes you must visit participating sites between November 1, 2006 and November 30, 2006. At each site you must find the Diaper Decisions nappy hidden on the site, click on it, go to the Verification Page and enter your e-mail address. This is sent automatically to the prize database.

I have a question though. When the hunt starts do you log onto the Diaper Decisions site first ? and once you find the icons what do you do ? click on them or ..... ? I have no idea how this hunt works obviously :o

Okay so from my understanding with the prize pools everyone has a month to finish it and it's not whoever finishes first wins ? am i right ? then to the people that did complete it, it then gets put in and drawn out randomly ?

That's exactly right it isn't whoever finishes first. If it is the same as the last hunt what prize you may be eligible for depends on how many icons you found too! So only if you found all the icons were you eligible for the first prize.;)

yes thats right. just be careful which one you register for as there is an american one (great diaper hunt) too that has heaps more icons to find.

the downunder nappy hunt is the one you want and i just tried to register and found i couldn't yet so i will check back in a few days.

i did the one we had earlier in the year (but didn't win anything:crying: ) and it was great fun. i learnt so much about modern cloth nappies.

Are you sure you didn't register for the diaper hunt not the nappy hunt? I did that mistake;)

nah, don't be. Just enjoy. The value of the package you receive has to be pretty big to have to pay taxes when it arrives, and they can probably mark it as a gift or the like if you do win something significant.

OK, after researching you can't participate in both hunts so we need to wait until next year. Bummer!

If you have registered for the US one, you should email them to cancel your registration :gloomy:

Will try and clear things up for you.

There is a US Diaper Hunt, and an Australian/New Zealand Nappy Hunt - both are run by Diaper Decisions in the States.

Australian/New Zealand Hunters/sponsors can only participate in the Down Under Nappy Hunt, which has been postponed until Jan/Feb 2007, due to lack of sponsors for the November one.

It will however be better for us Aussies, because Diaper Decisions will be able to devote 100% of their time to the Aussie version, rather than splitting it between the US ladies and the Aus/NZ ladies.

If you have registered - you have registered in the US hunt, so you'll need to send an email to susie@diaperdecisions.com to be removed from that hunt, you can only register for the Great Down Under Nappy Hunt, and registrations for that won't be open until about 2 weeks before the Aussie one is run.
