Help / Q re Fertility Friend

Hi all
I signed up for fertility friend and have been told to start temping by my specialist.
The last few mornings i have been temping but my temp is low and fertility friend unly starts at 35.9 - mine has been around 35.4 and 35.5. Is there anyway around the chart? its a bit hard to record my temps if they start higher on the chart than what my thermometer is recording!!!!
Luckily my spec has given me a paper chart as well!

When i started temping i as using a ear thermoter and my temps were down same as what yours are and i could still put it on my chart and it still worked ok i got a red o line and everything. All it did was say that my temp fluctuated more than normal. Have you tried entering those temps at all ?

May i ask witch way are you temping? do you know why your temps are so low?

I havent actually tried yet to enter my temps on the graph - i only signed on today and saw when the graph came up the lowest temp is 35.9.
Im using a digital thermometer - i was doing it under my arm but im going to swap to oral temping.

I think my temps are low for 2 reasons - 1 is i get very hot in my sleep and often dont have covers over me and 2 - last time i had to do a heart/halter monitor test itshowed my heart beats less than 30 beats a minute during sleep - so maybe at times im not pumping enough hot warm blood around? Go figure, its a bit of a mystery to me......:rolleyes:
Id like to add fertility friend to my signature, can anyone tell me how to add it?

Hi Djf. Its only a sample graph and will expand lower or higher to fit your temps. Enter your temps and you'll see.

Take your temp orally on same side of tongue each day. try to tuck the theromometer shuggly unde the tongue so its actually touching your tongue and not 'in air'. Maybe you'll see you temp is actually higher.

I really recommend that you do the FF 20 days course. Its really useful and informative and I learned heaps (despite thinking I knew rather a lot already!)

Cannot help with the FF signiture I'm 'fraid as I am a techno moron.

You need to cut and paste the link into you sig. If you go to your chart then cut the link from the address bar at the top the you can paste it into your sig.
