Okay ladies, I know my questions and still coming (even after I promised there would be no more) , SORRY *hangs head in shame*....
Just wondering HOW TIRED, was tired when you were pg (especially early pg)? The past 2 weeks have been hell for me, exhaustion and fatigue (not to mention the snapping at everyone around me). But I am not sure if this could be from the detox that the naturopath put me on (ggrrrrrr wont he be getting a :ecomcity: from me next appointment) :devil6: ........
THANKS LADIES :hugs:

To say I was very tired would be a huge understatement!
I was absolutely exhausted. I was falling asleep anywhere, any time. Especially in the arvo.
I was really surprised cause when I thought women got tired in preg it was at the very end when they were huge and everything was an effort. I was never as tired, even 1 week overdue, as I was in the first couple of months!
:fingerscrossed: :bfp: , cool I've been dying to use that new smilie!
Hiyya
I am just over 10 weeks now with #1, and I can safely say I had never been so tired in my whole life as what I was for the first 9 weeks  . I am working full-time, but as soon as I got home I was on the couch having a snooze, and then falling asleep about 9:30pm. I am still having a nanna-nap at weekends! So many things around the house just didn't get done because I was too knackered, and even doing regular exercise was a battle. But it's worth it!!
Good luck TTC :fingerscrossed:
Exhausted, especially while i was still at work. Would leave for work at 6.30am, home 5.30pm, in bed by 6.30pm/7pm. I was not much company for my poor DH
Finished up at 32weeks and things got better, energy returned!

Holz you know when you are that tired that you feel sick and could cry? Well that was me but 1000 times worse. I could hardly get through the days at work, by 1.30-2pm my eyes were stinging and all I wanted to do was cry, go home and sleep for days. I would get home and collapse on the couch and not move until it was time to go to bed, which was about 9pm, then I would struggle to get out of bed at 7.30am the next day - felt like I hadnt slept at all. Weekends I would spend sleeping, no word of a lie I probably spent 20 hours of the day sleeping. It was horrible feeling exhausted all the time  - then I got morning sickness on top of that, but I will leave that story for another day when you have m/s ;)
Still got my :fingerscrossed: for you hun :hugs:

I really really hope you get your :bfp: Holz - that way it makes all the sh!t days worthwhile  I remember resting my head on my hands and almost falling asleep at work - it was torture to get through the day.
Those first few months were a killer for me....the fatigue was so hard to deal with. I was working full time and would have to go and sleep in my car during my lunch breaks.

I found that I just had to sleep on the couch every afternoon when Ronan was napping... I've never felt so tired in my life as I did then. I gave up the idea that I'd get jobs done around the house/garden, told DH not to expect tea cooked in the evening for the next month or so and didn't make plans in the arvo

I also suffered chronic fatigue for over a year, and have never really felt the same, but better than i was.
Anyway when i was pregnant i was EXHAUSTED! I would get up go to work then come home and go to bed, then wake up feeling like i had no sleep!
The good news is (if you are pregnant :fingerscrossed: ) this usually settles down a bit.
Goodluck!
I was shattered all the time, it stopped for a few weeks then I gave birth lol and now I am in a state of sleep again lol I have been knackard the past few weeks though, think it's the weather!

Hi there, i just thought id share that i am pregnant with my third, and even tho this is the first one where i am not suffering m/s, for 13 weeks, atleast 1 day a week i would be horribly exhausted, nauseated, and had the WORST migraines, i honestly dont know how i coped with my then 8 month old daughter. Now, i am exhausted but i found i am only REALLY dead to the world tired if i have done to much the day before  They say take it easy, psh, its easier said than done!!

mmmm, hunny I know this (without being pg) , had your CFS calmed down before you fell pg? Did your CFS symptoms perk up again when you fell pg or after you gave birth?
maybe I am pg  (:fingerscrossed: for me)

I feel tired in the afternoons, about 1 or 2pm and feel I could do with a nap.
HTH
I'm pg with my third and with DS2 I remember being really tired all the time and having to nap when he did but I don't remember feeling like this  . The best way I could describe it to DH was like really bad jetlag and but you can't sleep it off. I can have 10 hours sleep at night and still get up feeling like I haven't slept:thumbsdown: Anyway i'm off to bed  fingerscrossed for a :bfp: for you.
When I was pg with DD I could not believe how exhausted I was. I'd get up, shower, lie on the lounge and sleep for 4 hours...so exhausted from a 10 minute shower. Then I'd usually be crashing out on the lounge at about 7pm. I have seriously never ever been so tired in my life but thankfully my tiredness went away once the first tri was over (well at 10 weeks really) and it never returned. I wasn't working either....don't think I ever would've coped if I was.
Even when DD was a newborn and I was getting 3 hours sleep a night....I had soooooooo much energy compared to the 1st tri.

I was really tired and lethargic for the first 16 weeks of this pregnancy. All I would want to do was sleep or sit in a chair. I also lost all enthusiasm to do anything including running my business.
Things started to improve at around 16-20 weeks.
I am now 25 weeks and in the last month I have painted the nursery and decorated it and now I am painting ceilings in the house, so I have gone full circle lol.
I suppose the thing is, hang in there as it does get better even though you feel like it never will.

If your really really tired then I would suggest getting your iron levels checked... Once you have iron tablets it might pick you up!!
