View Full Version : x large fitted cloth nappies for toddler
Hi,
i'm looking for some x large fitted cloth nappies for my son who is 3 yrs old, they are hard to find in that size and i thought i would try here.my son will probably be in nappies for a while as he has a disability, he is currently 18kg or over. any replies will be appreciated.thanks!!!!
I'm not sure where you are in Australia??? could you let me know???
my first thought was for you to contact a WAHM .. and let her know your situation .. they are only toooo happy to make nappies to fit different kids .. and the majority of them would be happy to help out
let me know where you are .. I'll then try to think of some mums for you :D
(you'd probably want AIOs?? yes?? so you dont need to use covers??)
xx
Jen
ps - good on you for using cloth!!! :hugs:

I would try emailing some of the cloth nappy makers around and explain your situation. Most of them are very easy to approach and would be able to do something if you supplied the measurements.
I did see on the Cherub's Kiss website the other day that there were some large pull up type pants.
Good Luck.

Oh I saw them and they were gorgeous! I even contemplated buying one to put away - unfortunately I have overspent of late.
Fuzzi Bunz (pocket nappies) make a size Xlarge (16kgs+) and a size xxL (20-29kg)
Both of which are currently in stock and on special at WeeWuns -reduced from $26.95 to $24.95 how lucky is that ! :)
although quite a few nappy stores may be able to order them in for you especially if you want a bulk order.

Bummis make cloth pull up pants. I bought a couple for my 3 year old but he is now tt. There is also bedwetter pants from nurturenappies.
Not sure about nappy nappies though. Might be worth contacting a few wahms as mentioned.

bubblebubs does XL that fits my 21.5kg son, cherubs kiss do XL occasionally, happy heinys have an XXL via darlingdowns that I adore, nappy chappies do a HUGE XL, erica nappies do XL, tot bots size 3 would fit, and cuddlebuns will do XXL for you personally if you are just starting to buy cloth for him I'd go with the cuddlebuns as much as possible as they fit from 8kg to 25kg, where as a lot of the other brands haven't got such a large weight range. And some people swear by the XL peapods.
Hope that helps!
with covers bummis do an XXL that I've only seen through darling downs, tots bots do a size 3 fleece cover, and many of the wahms who sell soakers will help you out if you have the correct measurements =)
good luck!
