Handling the wait

Just wanted to know how everyone handles the wait from ovulation to being able to test for pregnancy.
This is my first cycle of Gonal f and a Pregnyl trigger. Now I am on the wait. It is harder than I thought. I am now believing I have tender boobs and are slightly sick to my stomach. But who knows, I can convince myself of anything :-).
How do you all girls handle it?

I was testing from 6dpiui!!! The poor girls in my thread probably groaned every time they saw my name :laughing:

Try something to occupy your mind? Craft, reading etc?

Good question Lily72! This is my 1st cycle too, 4dpo & going mad! How many dpo are you?

I am 9 days past. It's driving me crazy. If I new only 5 days to go at least I could count down but with the pregnyl it may be longer until AF.

I am only two days past nearly 3! And I have to wait for ages because of the ovidrel.

Hi Ladies, I realise these posts were a while ago but this seems to be the closest tread I can find to ask my questions. So hopefully I receive a reply.
I started puregon injections (50 units) on 17/5/12 which I did for 10 days, then increased to 75 units for the last 5 days. Finished on 29/5/12
Then had the pregnyl inection (200mcg) on the 30/5/12. About 3 hours after the pregnyl injection I started getting really sore and bloated in the overy area. Also quite tender breasts a couple of days later (and they still are as I type this!) We had sex from the 30/5/12 for the next five days.
Had a P4 blood test on 7/6/12 (results 190 - whatever that means) Unfortunatley my nurse/gp is not very forthcoming with what that actually means).
Due for the P4HCG blood test (pregnancy test??) on 18/6/12. But I can't wait and I just did a home preg test tonight which was negative :no:
Just looking for any advice from ppl who have been through this?

I'm certainly no expert on any of this but I got a BFP on a first response 14 dpo, which was also 5 days after my last pregnyl injection! Hope that gives you some idea, though everybody is different! Goodluck!! X
