There are quite a few but since each individual woman is different, they're not as accurate as learning your own fertile signs :D Go to http://www.woomb.org/ and learn all about it - diagrams, pictures, animations, really clear explanations. I love that site! It's how I conceived my son. Good luck :D

I recommend the Fertility Friend website www.fertiltyfriend.com it will help you chart your cycle and in turn give you the ability to predict your most fertile period for the following months.
There are a few of us ttc this month so feel free to come intoduce yourself in the Trying to conceive in October thread.
