My DS is nearly 1 and still has nearly nothing except for boob. If he gets to 13 months or something and is still the same, should I try giving him some of those vitagummies? It's mainly iron I'm worried about :(

Floridex is better for iron, it's easily hidden in a smoothie or in the milk of cereal. If your worried about your babies health I just had my girls go through a thing called 'vega testing' it showed a bit low on iron and intolerance to wheat. They gave us things to add to the diet like pro biotics, floridex and mannabears which r like the gummies but they are real food vitamins not synthetic.

Yea I might get him blood tested in a few months. Thing is, I can't just use something that easily mixes in with cereal or milk because he doesn't eat cereal or drink anything but boob!

The beauty of vega testing is its not a blood test! But it's all personal preference! If he is just having boob I wouldnt worry then! My dd2 hardly ate until she was weaned at 21m!! I read somewhere that if your iron intake is fine and they boob heaps then they'll be getting enough, although its always good to trust your mummy instincts. Does he drink smoothies? I hide my girls floridex in there.

Hi, i don't know if it's true or not, but i went to get some of these vitagummies and they told me at the chemist that they are full of sugar and it's better to get the blackmores multi vitamins for kids.. so i'd say just ask at the chemist what's better i guess..?
