Our friends at Mishfit are looking for 3 bubhubber reviewers to test their pelvic floor exercise cd.

19319

Active Pelvic Practice – The Gift of Inner Strength : a double CD set of pelvic floor exercises and affirmations that help you correctly train your pelvic floor.

The meditation CD is to listen before going to sleep. Load the active CD into your ipod, car or listen while you are in your house – 10 mins per day is enough to make a big difference!

A strong pelvic floor not only improves incontinence (stopping “wee” accidents), but also improves your sexual enjoyment and flattening your lower belly!

Cds are also available to purchase for $35, plus postage & packaging from www.mishfit.com.au (http://www.mishfit.com.au) and also available from iTunes

If you'd like to review this double cd, this is what you need to do

Pick me please!

I gave birth to a 10lb baby last year and have definitely noticed things are not as strong as they used to be. This became especially apparent last week when I had a nasty cough. :o

I promise I will listen to the CD every day and night because I really want a stronger pelvic floor and I always forget to do my Kegels.

Please pick me!!

I have been looking for something like this recently.
I had a small prolapse after my last baby and still need to get more tone back. I'd love to test and review it.
Thanks.

Pick Me Please!Im currently 19 weeks pregnant with baby number 4 and this is my 3rd pregnancy in 3 years and my pelvic floor is in need of HELP!

I have noticed in the last 2 weeks that if I allow my bladder to get full then I am asking for trouble.... because if i sneeze, cough or someone/something makes me laugh then it is all over and not a good look as a pregnant lady makes a run for the nearest loo...

Pick me please! Hi, I've just has my third child 8 weeks ago and am left with a very weakened pelvic floor (as well as huge stomach separation). I am desperate to get back to as normal as possible so any help will be most welcome!

Since the death of my son in utero at 18 weeks I have been trying to get healthy and get in shape to try to minimize the risk of loss should we decide to try for another baby. Unfortunately after 2 labours my pelvic floor seems non existent and I can't even do a star jump without "leaking" :( I've been trying to do the kegal exercise regularly but I'm either forgetting too often or I'm not doing them right because there has been little to no improvement. I hate this reminder that everything is not as it should be and I'd love to try this kit

Would love a chance to improve my pelvic floor.

My third birth 8 weeks ago went well - but I still have a weak pelvic floor (naturally!) exasperated by my second birth.

I sustained a third degree tear (which needed repair 3 months later) and due to a hospital error - I ended up having 6 weeks of painful bladder retention (putting pressure on an already weak pelvic floor).

I also endured two weeks of painful catheters to restore strength to my bladder.

Needless to say, I was symptomatic for many months and it took many visits to an osteopath (who said I had the tightest yet weakest pelvic floor she had ever encountered) to get even close go good.

Now, I am slightly symptomatic again and would love the opportunity to restore my pelvic floor to a semblance of normal.

I would love the opportunity to take part in this test! I have three children aged 6, 3 and 2 and suffer from a very weak pelvic floor. I am determined to regain my health and fitness this year however find exercising uncomfortable and embarrassing because of 'leakage'. I am dEsperate and determined to improve this aspect of my life and would love some guidance!

HI!
Pls pick me... and pls tell me how to sign up for reviews as I cannot find the "control panel" anywhere :(

When you are logged in, scroll up to see the blue bar that goes across the screen that says 'conception, pregnancy, baby, toddler, you, win, etc'

Underneath that, you'll see a white bar with more links (in blue/purple). The first one on the left is 'User Control Panel'. Click on that and then Edit Profile. The option to be on the reviewer panel is part of your profile (you need to scroll down a bit to get to those fields). The info that you enter in there can't be seen by other members at all.

Pick me please!

I am still in significant pain since having a traumatic birth 10 weeks ago (I can't stand longer than an hour across a day), something like this would be ideal as I have no one to watch DD do I can go to a physio.
I not only have urine incontinence... But incontinence elsewhere and I would like to try this, as I really want to avoid going to a physio, because the thought of what they have to do scares me :(

Thanks everyone for the great response.

I picked those who had already posted a number of reviews previously (but who hadn't got a product from us recently), which means that:

loving6
InSaneOne
gonnabeaGR8mum

are the lucky reviewers.

Please ensure that you test the product for 2-3 weeks after you receive it and please post a review here by 16 April 2012: http://www.bubhub.com.au/reviews/browse/books/fertility_pregnancy_and_birth/products/active_pelvic_practice_cd

There'll be more products up for review shortly if you missed out. Remember to add reviews to the reviews area for your pram, your nappies, the wipes you used, your local park to improve your chances of being selected next time! You'll see at the top right of each post, your post count, number of thanks and number of reviews is listed. It's difficult to get your post count up to the heady heights that some members have, but it's relatively easy to increase your reviews count - so let us know about some of the things you've tried, books you've read and places you've been too.
