Sorry im not much help BUT my son loves Buzz too so we just got one made up at Michelles patiseri it only cost us about $30 and it looked great...............DH also bought a BUZZ lightyear costume from the US and dressed up as buzz it was awesome!

have you tried looking up just buzz lightyear not an actual cake, then you could just copy the design..

What about an ice cream cake? I know our local ice cream stores have a lot of character cakes.

As NM said, also try somewhere like Michele's Pattisserie. Or your local bakery? I noticed recently ours had a book with a million character cakes in it.

Or were you wanting to make it yourself?

I just made DD's cake for her b'day and I couldn't find the pattern I wanted, so I just drew one up freehand and pinned it onto the cake, cut around it & iced it. Wasn't as difficult as I'd feared!
