it worked perfectly for us. DD1 was 3.4 when DD2 came along and used the scate for 12mths but now she's too cool.lol

she never once asked to sit down and was happy to be standing but still hitching a ride

It was a hit for us as well. Dd1 was 3 when Dd2 came along. We used it for awhile, so worth the $75 odd dollars for me...

Biggest waste of money here. It was a novelty for about 00.02 seconds. Now he would rather scream blue murder than step on it.

Initially, it was great.
Then ds created a game whereby he'd jump off the board as the pram was moving and attempt to jump back on again.
On.Off.On.Off.On.Off.Fall.Cry.On.Off ...
You get the picture.
Drives me bananas.
When we do pull it out, dh ends up using it more than ds1.

Works well here, DS1 either walks or goes on his scooter. He wasn't really a fan of sitting in the pram so never asks to sit down.

Works awesome here. And DD3 has figured out that she can sit on the board, put her feet on the back bar and hold the arms that attach the board to the pram and quite happily rideslike that if her legs get tired.

With just the skate board my toddler would jump on, jump off, only because she could (big novelty factor) so I went and bought the seat that attaches to the skateboard and that's been far more successful with keeping her on there. With just the skate board the constant on/off was driving me batty!:freakingout:

thanks for the replies!!! oh theres a seat one? ds is a big boy, and would be around 3.5yrs he wants to walk but not long after complains and wants to be picked up! so was thinking about this option, especially for the morning walk to school

ill look into it more with the seat option, any advice on where to get a good price or brand?
