Hi,
Can anyone recommend a maternity bra that is not too expensive, before I got pregnant never wore them as I am quitersmall but I am huge now I am currently wearing sports bra's but wanted something that will be a little more discreet to use in public when i need to breastfeed but they all seem to cost the earth ,is it worth paying more or can you get decent ones for a reasonable price.
Thanks :)
Target has very reasonably priced ones, as has Big W ( Triumph, Hestia(?) and some othermakes), so assume Kmart will too, for $15-25, have a look you may find something to suit you there. Its really personal choice and whether its comfy- I however opted for Berlie ones- but I am a18D so do need the extra supprort.
Hi Kelly
This is a couple of years ago now but when I had my son I was also looking for a cheap maternity bra. I bought a few from Target but found that they were really uncomfortable, ill fitting and were difficult to unlatch. I hated wearing them.
I ended up going to a Myer store and buying some Berlei Maternity Bra's. They were a bit more expensive around $50 for a pack of 2, but I found them to be much more comfortable and user friendly. They also lasted the whole 12 months I breastfed and will hopefully last out the next one as well.
Hope this helps.

Do yourself a favour and actually get your maternity bra properly fitted by someone in the store who knows what they are doing.
Getting a badly fitting bra can contribute to the chances of developing mastitis.
