where can i find newborn size covers? i seem to have no trouble finding sz00 and up but cant find anything smaller lol so does anyone know of a shop that has 000 in stock? with bubs due to come any time i want to have some on hand but i will order some online later on
Jess, based on your previous birth, pretty much any 'small' cover should suit you, sized from 4kg up. Try www.theweewuns.au.com and www.darlingsdownunder.com.au, as well as any of your preferred WAHMs. I know babybeehinds.com.au and cutetooshies.com.au also sell those sorts of size covers.
HTH & good luck with the baby! :)

i might need a smaller size coz this bub is in the 33rd percentile for size and that was at my 35 u/s. and bubs is still a little small now. ds1 was just under 75 percentile mark lol
Oh, another thought too, if you are using square nappies and folding them, look for T-wraps or snibs. www.nappiewash.com.au sell them, they are great! A T-shaped piece of thin plastic that you tie on over the nappy. Cheap, easy to use, reusable til they wear out, easy to clean.

 snibs are great they had them in SCN when ds1 was in there and i wanted soem but couldnt find them lol thanks
Hmmm... I don't pay much weight to those estimates myself, they aren't always accurate, and can be quite misleading. Our Ob said 7lb for Matthew before he was born, and was surprised when he was 9lb 7oz. hmmmm...
Anyway, snibs are great for any size. AND, if you do end up getting newborn fitted covers from somewhere like darlings downunder, she might be willing to exhange them if they are too small. Never hurts to ask!
some chemists stock them too... can be hard to find though.

www.eenee.com.au sell really good snibs - they are more fitted than just the T shape. I noticed you are in Victoria though so you can actually buy them from the following places: [ sorry OM - I've deleted them (way too long .. and a little too much promotion!! - if you would like the information .. please PM Oscar's Mum - thanks veve]
if you try one of those options, call before you make the trip, I have found that the listed stores sometimes stock some of the range, but not all the range.
