Yeah! First shipment of cloth arrived!

Yeah!!:smiliedance: I just recieved my first cloth nappies in the mail today! I'm so excited! They've already been washed and are now hanging on the line drying. I got a HugBub PUL nappy, a Huggle night nappy, a Tot Bots PUL cover and a hemp booster. I'm still waiting for a few more things, too. Hopefully they turn up on Monday:fingerscrossed:

I got a yellow one - thought i'd play it safe:laughing: Hopefully, it might still be in good condition for the next bub - whether it's a boy or girl.

It is very exciting - now i want to buy is a sewing machine and overlocker!:eek: I know how to sew and have been since i was a kid but have always borrowed Mum's machine's when i wanted something done - or even better - get her to do it for me!:o
Now i've been reading all your threads here and looking at the great pics of all the nappies that you've made and i want to do it too!

I got my first one's today and they are so much better than disposables! I rubbed the soft inner of the nappy against my skin thinking how lovely it will be for his gorgeous tushie! I keep thinking how I'd feel if I had to wear those depends incontinence undies instead of cotton ones and think ugghh, that's what sposies must feel like for DS. Now I feel bad whenever I put him in his sposies - can't wait to have enough cloth to go fulltime!
