How much milk?

My DD is just over 12 months old. This week she has gone off her day bottles. She still has one at night and drinks 240ml. I give her milk in her cup before bed through the day. She also has juice and water throughout the day and is definatly getting enough liquid in her diet. I'm just worried about her milk intake. Is she getting enough or should I just stick with milk in the cup and not push giving her a bottle if she doesn't want it.

If she is happy to have her milk from a cup then let her :thumbsup: If she is getting other dairy in her diet (3 serves a day - yoghurt, cheese etc) then it is okay for her to cut down her milk intake. I notice both my girls stop drinking as much milk as it gets hotter, they prefer water or juice in the warmer weather, milk is a bit heavy.
