Hi there I have a question! I'm looking at a house and it's in kalynda chase. I'm not from tville so wanted someone to fill me in on the traffic! I see there's only one main rd in and out of kalynda, how busy does this get? Looking at a house around the first roundabout kind of area in kalynda chase and wanted to know how loud/busy traffic can get?

There are actually 2 ways in and out now, the "new" road that comes out at Shaw Rd opened awhile ago.
I go past KC every day, and don't see any bottle necks...But i compare everything to Brisbane traffic, so it could be bad from Townsville standards! lol.
The houses are very close together in KC, if that doesn't worry you, you should be fine. THere are many parts of Kirwan to avoid, but that's a conversation we can have another day!
