Anyone live in Caves Beach?

We're looking to buy a house in Caves & id like to know what the area's like.

I don't live there but train on the beach most days. And also have lots of friends that live there. I love the place. It's so lose to the beach, nice hotel and Swansea shops nearby :-)

Personally i find swansea to be a Dive.

But caves beach itself is nice. Quiet.

Caves beach is great have you thought of murrays beach nearby that is gorgeous

We're staying in tighes hill, renovating the house & staying till the kids finish primary school.

I'm not up for selling a house ATM.
