Solar Panel HELP!!!

Does anyone work in or is married/partnered/related to or know someone who works with solar panels?
We have solar panel that keep showing us an ER18 which apparently means that "the heat sink temperature is too high"

I've tried ringing the company and leaving messages and emailing them to ring me back but so far no response (frustrating much!)

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Your heatsink is what stores your solar energy, normally. Not sure what you are using your solar panels for but in hot water scenerios they usually install a heatsink to prevent the PEX tubing from getting too hot and possibly melting/exploding (at the very worst case scenerio) Mind you my knowledge is pretty limited. I would be getting a contractor out if my solar company weren't responding
