Butchers Paper for painting

Was thinking of starting to do some at home painting with DS. Does anyone know where can I easily buy large sheets of paper/butchers paper without having to buy a large quantity?

Reverse garbage sells off cuts of rolls of paper which are great - and cheap. www.reversegarbage.org.au

You could also ask your local butcher.

You can also buy it from Office supplies shops as well.
We have to get some ourselves - to make wrapping paper for xmas.

I got some from our local newspaper office. Most places will have 'end of roll' rolls with a heap of paper still on them. I got a huge (about 80cms long and with a good 3 cms of paper still on it!) roll for $10! It'll last us forever, and its great 'cos you can roll out enough for them to trace their body outline, etc....

we own a butchers shop and always have people asking for paper.as we don't use the paper we tell people we could order it in for them but its easier to go to the local newsagent as they usually sell it by the sheet.

I have this- it's not too bulky and I can keep it in the pantry (sounded like what you were looking for in your OP) but is soooo looooong that I don't think we'll run out of it for years!! :thumbsup:
