c section under general

Im having a c section and im going to discuss this with my dr on friday but i thought id see if anyone new hear. Im fine to have an epi with my c section i had that last time but im getting my tubes tied this time at the same time and i really dont want to be awake for that part. Do you think they would just put me to sleep or would they just do it all with an epi that freaks me out:eek:. Im also hoping to ask my dr if they can remove my haemorroids while there as my dr told me a couple of yrs ago that they can be surgically removed. sorry tmi

I was awake with my c-section and when they done my tubes, it only takes an extra minute and they talked me through what they were doing and I was fine. You don't feel anything. There is nothing to be freaked out about.:no:

That's ok. I wouldn't have even known that they were doing it if they weren't telling me what they were doing. It took them maybe 2 or 3 minutes to do mine but that was only because they were teaching someone how to do it. Normally only takes an extra minute.
