Hey, that is freaky. Jayden was born at 6:13am. My water broke at bout 7.30pm the night before, but I didn't tell anyone till bout 9pm coz i didn't know what it was. Went to hospital they said i was having contractions but I didn't feel them until bout 2:30am and they were quite frequent. I had no drugs, no tears or anything. Jayden weighed 8pounds 6ounces. He means the world to me.
So where do you live?

Hi I'm Emma,
I live in the ACT. My son was born on 16/10/2004. He was exactly one month early, and 5 pound four. My labour was only five hours, no time for an epidural!
Are your babies walking yet? Mine has only just figured out how to crawl forwards in the last couple of months, and is cruising on the furniture
Hi Emma,
Your son is cute. No, Jaydens not walking yet. But I don't think it will be too long. He stands by himself. The other day he was watching playschool and they were singing a song and clapping, Jayden just stood straight up and started clapping (he lost his balance but he hopped back up). He holds on to the furniture and walks around them. At the moment he has 5 and 1/2 teeth (the 1/2 is still coming through). Nice to meet you.

hi everyone, i am from berwick (melbourne sth east) and my dd was born 12/10/04 so she just turned one last week. she is standing up by herself, has taken a few steps by herself but mostly just cruises around the furniture. i had her weighed yesterday and she is only 7.9kgs so she is a tiny little thing but she is absolutely gorgeous!!!!
Hey scos3,
My son has taken his first steps bout 2 weeks ago but nothing since. He still likes to hang onto everything and he crab crawls with his bum in the air which is so cute. He has a great temper on him, if he doesn't get what he wants he stomps his feet and screams. Has any other mothers have problems with tantrums? At the moment he has 8 teeth I consider that pretty good considering his first tooth didn't come til he was bout 8.5mths old. Jayden weighs about 11kg but thats not accurate I will tell you when he goes and gets his needles. How many needles do they get for 12mths?
What did you do for you daughters birthday?
Nice to meet another mum with there baby being an october bub.
Hi all
My little boy Nathan was born on 24th October so he will be 1 on Monday he was 4.1kg and 56cm long.
Can't complain too much about my labour waters broke at 10.30pm contractions started just after midnight and he was born at 5.15am.
Athought Nathan has been crawling since 6mths and cruising around funiture since8mths I think he is still a while off walking.
How have their first 12 mths been, any problems, is it what you expected?
