Hi
I am currently looking at arranging child care in Glebe for when I return to work . There are three cc in my list, Early Achieverers, KU Laurel Tree House and SDN Glebe Care Centre. They all got long waiting list. I don't know which one is good and I wondered which child care centre you went with in the end as I really am not too sure how to go about it etc.
Thanks for any review/comment you could provide.

I haven't used any of those centres but work in the industry so I have some knowledge of SDN and KU and think they have a fairly good reputation. Personally if it were me I prefer community based services but that is not to say the private centre wouldn't be any good. I can't see anything that says the SDN centre provides meals, that would probably be my pick but if you want a service that provides meals you may want to look into that more.
If they all have long waiting lists you may not be able to be too choosy, another thing to keep in mind is that all services follow a priority of access which includes disability (in the family), indigenous, low income, non english speaking background, isolated circumstances and single parents, if you fit into one of these categories make sure they are aware of this.
Hopefully someone who has been to one of these centres can drop in and comment.

Thx for all the info.
I made a few inquire , Early Achiever got 12 months waiting and SDN&KU's more than 18 months.
It seems I have to start with EA...
