just wanted to make a post and say thanks mods for starting this area....

as this is partly a semi rural area i sometimes have found it hard to find out whats going on in the area

what i have found is:
i did actually find that my suburb area (kurrajong) DOES have playgroup :smiliedance:but this was not listed in the playgroup website :( but i found it outside the local community centre on the noticeboard.....i also found another playgroup in a suburb away located in a park, so u have to look around it seems.


last time i was pg the closest new mums group was windsor..im hoping the north richmond one might be operating again....


the closest gymbaroo seems to be at Rouse Hill :rolleyes:

havent been to the story time yet as local libraries but richmond and windsor run these..see the council webpage.

Rouse Hill library also does both storytime and baby bounce music, which means they have organised activites four days a week, little bit more often than Windsor so I go there.

also just read a banner that advertises playtime 0-6 yo 9.30am - 11,30am tues, wed & thurs at North Richmond Baptist Church..im not a churchgoer but thought it was worthwhile checking it out... my DS needs LOTS of activity.

Hi Ladies, I am moving to the Hawkesbury area in 3 weeks. Having a total relocation, moving from Qld.. I am looking for playgroups or mums with children as I have a few friends, but am looking at making some new friends :) I am 32, dp is 35.. We have 3 children, all boys... 7, 4 and 5 months.. we are currently ttc baby no 4 :) Hope to meet some of you very soon
