Can anyone help??? Just found out like "today" that we are expecting again :smiliedance: ... but last week I had a cold and took cold and flu tablets... can this harm my unborn baby.. I am only about 4.5 weeks at the moment.
This was so unexpected and I am not prepared ... eg not taking folic acid etc etc ... any advice would be good...
Even though it's my second time around it doesnt get any easier...
Thanks in advance...

Congratulations:smiliedance:
I wouldn't worry too much DD was a little unexpected and I had taken hay fever medication and was not taking folic acid until I found out at 4 weeks pregnant. She was a very healthy baby.
Good luck

Oh congrats how exciting !!!!!!!!!! :smiliedance: :hugs:
I wouldnt worry too much i had a cold when i fell pg with Boof & i was taking cold & flu meds he turned out ok besides being a big boy lol ! I couldnt keep any of the pg vitamins down due to hyperemesis either !!
Just obviously make sure you watch what you take from now on & maybe even mention it to your doctor so they at least know.

Hi Di,
Congrats and I wouldn't worry too much.;)
I have taken a multitude of meds whilst pregnant ( late finding out 4 months+).
And having bubs that close is great, I have 2 boys 18 months apart and they are the best of freinds.:hugs:
Very much like having twins as they get older though.
