I make a chicken, vegie and pasta casserole thingy if you'd like that recipe?
I just cook the chicken, add the vegies (usually chopped carrots, zucchinis, peas, or whatever you feel like) and cook for a few mins. Then add 1 cup of chicken stock + 1 packet of creamy chicken and vegie soup mix and stir well.
Simmer until vegies are tender.
Meanwhile, cook your pasta until soft.
Place pasta in a casserole dish.
Pour chicken casserole over the top.
In a small bowl, combine cornflake crumbs (can buy packet from supermarket in the spices section) with grated cheese.
Sprinkle crumb mixture over the top of casserole and bake in a moderate oven (180 degrees) until top is golden and crunchy.
Yummy! :chef:
(my DD has eaten this dish since she was 12 months or so and absolutely loves it!)

Hi I have a really yummy chicken casserole which should be suitable.
Brown chicken (only if you want! LOL I usually don't)
sautee some diced bacon and onion.
Throw chicken in a casserole dish, add the bacon and onion.Put in a drained can of asparagus, a can of cream of chicken soup, about half a packet of french onion soup and let cook!!
Once it's all cooked, hmm usually after an hour I put some grated cheese on top and let it melt.Serve with rice or roast potatoes.
Really easy and really yummy!:chef:
PS-You hardly taste the asparagus (ha ha just in case you don't like it!)Even my extremely fussy 6yr old loves it!
