Yup defiantly possible, they will keep a close watch on you and hospitalize you if it gets worse, if it gets to that point they will give you a few jabs of steroids for the baby, I had my oldest son at 33 weeks due to pe (he's totally fine) just do whatever the doctors say and bed rest and keep yourself monitored, just take each day as it comes, every day your baby grows a bit more and don't stress as that's hardly going to help your bp

I was induced right on 40wks due to pe, as I was term didnt need meds, most obs will strictly monitor you and try get you to 37wks but will induce early if it becomes too dangerous for you to stay pregnant. Try not stress, bub is cooked enough to survive now but they have to ensure they keep you healthy. Rest!

Hi, as long as you take your meds and do the bedrest they will keep monitoring you and hopefully be able to manage it. If they get to a point where they can't control your BP anymore with meds then they will deliver your baby. I had my dd at 28 weeks due to severe pre-eclampsia. Bp was 200/100 and rising. So don't panic yet you are lucky they found yours so early so they can manage it. Mine went undetected and had to have an emergency c-sec to deliver dd who is now 2.5 yrs old. 32 weeks is a pretty good gestation don't worry but the longer they can keep your baby in there the better. Good luck! Keep us posted! Oh also I'm almost 37 weeks with bubs no 2 and no sign of pre-eclampsia this time.

I was induced at 37 weeks due to PE.

I didn't even know I had PE, I went to an OB appointment and then was admitted immediately (I didn't even get to go back home!) and had to do bed rest in hospital for a few weeks before reaching 37 weeks.

You will be fine! Best wishes! :goodvibes:

I was diagnosed with PE @ 32.5 weeks and put straight into hospital on medications. I managed to keep bubba in until 35w 4d, she was perfectly fine and spent only 36 hours in special care (alot of which was due to the ventose delivery)

I've had PE since 27 weeks, it's been managed quiet well with meds and bed rest and the odd hospital stay I'm now 32 weeks and things are fine for now. Big hugs though it can be stressing xx
