Try upping your protein intake :)
I agree with above post.
Boiled eggs are great for filling you up.
Ok great thx I will give it ago :-)
I think it's normal to feel REALLY REALLY hungry around 6-12 weeks. It usually settles down so don't worry!
If you're worried just fill up on all the healthy good stuff!
I'm 13w5d and also battling with the food thing. I was so sick in weeks 6 to 10 with gastro so hardly kept anything in for long and then ms kicked in.
I find eating helps with the ms but I have to watch myself since I have now managed to pick up 4kgs!!!!
Being so sick also meant exercise wasn't hapenning and I have to say I am battling to find a time and energy to fit that in.
I try to stick to healthy stuff and balance protein with carbs but this doesn't always work when veggies make me retch (preg side-effect for me as I usually love my veggies).
Just do the best you can that's all you can do for now.
I was starving hungry the whole time I was pregnant. I forgot what feeling full felt like. I put on 20kg and he was nearly 9lbs. I ate huge amounts of food, healthy and not healthy.
I found this useful
Google pregnancy weight gain calculator. The Kid spot website
