Young mum wanting to meet people in Mount Martha/Mornington area

Hi There,

I am a young mum (24) with a son (18 months) and daughter (6 days) who is looking to meet other people. Me and my partner moved to Mount Martha from Queensland almost a year ago, and we have not really had the chance to go out and meet people. I work from home, and my partner is a chef, so we rarely get the chance to go socialise.
I wuld love to meet some other mums in the area, to meet up for coffee or a playdate. I would love to get out of the house and meet people, because I feel fairly isolated with working at home.
