hi girls:wave:

not TTC yet but trying to gather all the info i can.

so my q is, what things should i do to prepare myself physically for TTC??

vitamins, immunisations/bloodtests, health checks, hmm thats all i can think of lol ATM. which things do i need??

I am trying to lose weight and become fitter so my body copes better.

About 3 months before you TTC, have your rubella immunity checked and have a booster if required, start on Elevit or similar pre-pregnancy vitamins, get a pap smear if it's due in the next few months and have a good dental checkup and any required dental work completed.

Losing weight is good too (you said you were) if you feel that you need to although more importantly just get lots of exercise and eat fresh healthy food - lots of it :thumbsup:

start taking folate one month before ttc.
Also you might want to think about things like hair dye/colours some people will say you shouldn't put colours in during first trimester
