Since regaining some of my energy these last couple of weeks, I decided that I wanted to give prenatal yoga a go as I have been doing yoga for about 10 years and have always loved it, and put it down to my slim figure. I went to a class on Saturday and even though the exercises were good.. all the women were over 30. I didn't really feel as though I fit in.

I am now on the hunt for another place in Brisbane that does prenatal yoga. I work Monday-Wednesday so a midweek class on Thursday or Friday would be good during the day, or even a weekly evening class. Saturdays would also work.

Does anyone have any reccommendations? I'm on Brisbane northside.

Thank you in advance

"Yogababy" have a class at Windsor that I did, they were great and I met some really lovely mums to be....

www.yogababy.com.au (http://www.yogababy.com.au)
(no I dont work for them)

They have a active birth yoga class (14wks-40wks) weekly and a workshop for the whole support team.
They are fab and made a huge difference in the arrival of our bub, and ment that DP was very involved.

As we laboured at home, till transition, it meant that he was well prepared to labour with us, on our own at home, only arriving at the birth centre to birth with 12min to spear!!
(I was so happy that we had been to the class together, to work as one, to birth our child)

Worth the money!!:yelclap:
Good Luck

After u have bub u can go to mums and bubs yoga and then toddler and mum yoga.

I can know that places are limited, so you would need to call up asap.

There are also good pregnancy yoga classes with Elizabeth Fletcher at 'Yoga & Meditation brisbane'. She runs classes in the Southside (Tarragindi) and Northside (Stafford) ...
