Hi, I'm thinking of converting to cloth, at least for at home anyway, but I have no idea how to get started - what do I need? How do I clean them without using harsh chemicals? I'd appreciate any advice as I really have no idea,
Mel

Depending on your lifestyle and how old your bub is you will need enough for 20 changes.
There is much t learn.
All the best!

Or spend a day browsing through all the threads on bubhub!!

There are some really good ones with other users giving feedback on their favourite cloth nappies

It's really alot easier than it sometimes sounds! The links posted by Kymmy are really good to look at
Most ppl assume cloth nappies are still the square terries, with pins, blowouts galore, soaking before washing, and a huge bum!
Well, it's the 21st century and things have changed:smiliedance: . There's some wonderful and ingenius nappies now, there's no more pins, the blowouts have been reduced (I can't say they never happen, but they happen with disgustables aswell), NO more soaking:yelclap: , and no more huge bum - just cuddly bums!

Babybeehinds (I've got these) and greenkids seem to be a couple of the more popular nappies, and the most praised, on BH.
