hey all i was just wondering if anyone out there would like to take the kids to the zoo some time? i just throught it would b a great day out and a way for everyone that dosent know anyone to met up lol if that came out right.

That sounds like a great idea.. And i know what you mean about getting to know each other, lets just hope some chat this time!!!
I think it would be a great day out, i have been wanting to take damien to the zoo for a long time now, so it will be a great day, coz i get to adult chat aswell!!!
Let us know when and where, and we will be there??!!!

Fridays are not good for us. We have playgroup on Wednesdays but can come after that. But just do what suit everyone else.

We would like to come but dont think we can make it on the 18th. We have a rent inspection which i need to attend to sort something out. I'll have to see how things go.
Can anyone suggest any other activities to do with the littlies. Im as SAHM and my days are feeling rather groundhog dayish!! I would love some ideas for some new stuff to do with DD whi is 19.5 months old now.
What do you all do at home? Indoors we play with toys, read books, watch dora or the wiggles etc on dvd - (she has many dvds), dance and sing, drawing and colouring with my first craola textas, play in her ball pit, help mummy clean and cook, play with pets - (2 cats, 1 dog and a fish), roll around on floor being sill together. Outdoors we swing, play in sandpit, blow bubbles, play with ride on toys, chasey with the dog, kick balls, :ecomcity:
It seems like a big list on paper but in reality we still seem to have a fair amount of time were bored - or at least i am, maybe its just of doing the same darn things it just gets so repetitive. I feel like i may soon go round the bend. Dont get me wrong i adore doing all these things with DD we just need something new so i dont feel like im on a groundhog day!!
All suggestions are greatly appreciated and sending :hugs: and :kiss: in advance!!

Well i reckon we make it a bit earlier, maybe 9:30 /10am, that way it gives us enough time to look around, we have to make a day of it..
What does everyone else think, i would love the two girls to be able to make it aswell....

Hmmm... I will try and get there for it but im not promising anything... I dont do mornings so 9.30 is sooo early for me. Amity doesnt wake up til like 8.30 - 9.00!!

Lana you are soooooo lucky!!! I would kill for Mase to get up at that time. He normally wakes at 6.30 but I leave him in his cot till after 7.00. Such a good mum I am :D I am just going to bring Mason's blankie so that he can sleep in the pram if he wishes - and give me some peace! Hope you can make it hun - would love to catch up again. Been too long.:thumbsdown:
