im not sure if this is a double up but whats the average cost for a circ??

we are finding out sex in 5wks and are in limbo as to deiciding circ or not if a boy.

I think we paid about $200, Medicare refunded about half.

Ok now besides what MotherNuture is saying in regards to "cost" i think we paid all up no more than $200 & that was because we had the penile block ( local ) used for the procedure. Some places do charge quite a lot of money & i have heard of people spending something like $500 to get it done which is very very expensive but at the same time if you want someone who knows what they are actually doing then it may be worth it depending on where you live.

we paid around $500... we went to Dr Terry Russel in Macgreggor (the only one around brisbane we could find) medicare refunded most of it back if i remember correctly...

he was really nice, and caring,...(:shame: no need for smart comments) and gave us lots of information and brochures...

we had an appt before the circ and after to check everything was ok...

we went to the above dr aswell and it cost us $300 and yes medicare did give us i think just a little over half back i am sure we were only like $100 out of pocket.....
