Hi all,

Need some advice on the ex stuffing around, lying and not showing up to airport for hand over of DD.

It's becoming more and more frequent and very expensive being flights are all paid by the father and are around the 1200 dollar mark for one person alone, so therefore return flights for DD and father are waisted when she is a no show.

We are unable to locate her as she refuses to give an address or even town at that.

Has anyone experienced anyone like this and where do we begin? Mediation has been done about 4 years ago, should we revisit that or take it further?

Thanks in advance.

Hi, couldn't read and not reply, my advice is to go and see a lawyer about it, not point doing mediation if you can't get hold of the mum.
Hopefully someone else can offer more advice then me - good luck!

go straight to a lawyer to get legal advice and fight for her :)

Agree with other posters. You need to get legal advice on this matter.

Thanks guys. I think it's the best option, just a shame we miss out on spending Christmas without her once again😄.

Buy your DD a cellphone as a gift. Install tracking software on it that responds with a GPS location when texted a particular word (pick an innocuous one, maybe an odd mis-spelling of hello). Bob's your uncle.

Well the long road to getting this sorted has begun.
New years resolution: fight and get what we and DD are rightfully entitled to.
